Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Market Float Pool. The role involves floating across departments and sites within the market to provide high-quality patient care, coordinating with managers and teams as needed.

The position requires an active RN license, 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required based on specialty assignment. Excellent teamwork and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment (required).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS as applicable by specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments/sites within the market as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per standards.
• Coordinate care with health care team under clinical manager guidance.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and quality improvement.
