Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 740N0L Clinical Market Float Pool. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering patient care while floating to departments and sites across markets as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the designated state, has at least 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required based on specialty. EPIC experience preferred. Opportunities for growth and support are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required).
• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care (required).
• BLS (required).
• ACLS and PALS required based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within markets to provide patient care.
• Schedule day-of staffing and possibly multiple locations within a shift.
• Demonstrate patient safety and participate in quality improvement.
• Coordinate care using evidence-based practices and documentation.
