Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool Tier 1 at St. Mary's Hospital in Virginia. The role supports multiple departments, floating to where needed within the market, including nights and travel as required.

The RN should have an RN license in the designated state, BLS, ACLS, and possibly PALS depending on assignment, with 1 year acute care experience preferred. EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association required based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within the markets as needed.
• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per standards.
• Coordinate nursing care and clinical decisions using best available evidence.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and quality improvement.
