You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care, while educating patients and families about treatment plans and follow-up. This position supports the mission of extending healing ministry.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use abstract reasoning to assess patient and plan care.
• Basic computer skills – navigate Windows-based programs.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Proficient clinical and communication skills with teams.
• Willingness to float to appropriate departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure safe, quality care.
• Provide education to patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and tests.
• Monitor lab work and report abnormal results.
• Maintain a compassionate environment and infection control protocols.
