Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
Document all patient information and care activities accurately.
Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans for better health results.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
Supervise care provided by the healthcare team and delegate tasks as appropriate.
