The role requires an Associate's in Nursing with an active RN license and BLS certification, with opportunities for career development and a focus on whole-person well-being.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
