Job summary

Corewell Health's Greenville Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the Float Pool, covering Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Departments, and OB. This role offers cross-training opportunities, a broad skill set, and a night shift with 36 hours weekly.

Eligibility includes RN license, BSN preferred within 5 years MI, and required BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/NRP certifications, with a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelors in Nursing required within 5 years MI.
• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months.
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA within 180 Days.
• CRT-Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - ENA within 1 Year.
• CRT-Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) AHA.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the ANA.
• Demonstrates nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Upholds the standards of professional performance per the ANA: ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice.
• Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
