Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float Pool across Minnesota communities. This role offers full-time and on-call opportunities with flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

You will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and resident-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and guiding LPNs and CNAs while maintaining quality documentation and compliance with nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive resident assessments and establishing baseline health status
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status
• Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
• Supervising and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel
• Providing clinical leadership and ensuring quality resident care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supporting resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

Education

Graduate of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
