Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate LPNs to join the Float Pool. This role offers the flexibility to pick up shifts across Monarch communities in Minnesota, with both full-time and on-call opportunities, competitive pay, and eligibility for benefits.

As a Float Pool LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care under RN supervision, participate in care plan development, administer treatments, monitor conditions, and help uphold resident dignity and well-being across multiple

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current MN LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
• Develop and modify resident care plans with RN input.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support resident rights, dignity, and independence.
• Deliver care per Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and residents' rights.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, administer treatments, monitor resident conditions, and help ensure residents receive exceptional care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings
• Participating in the development and modification of resident care plans
• Implementing nursing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the RN and healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Supporting resident rights, dignity, and independence
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

Qualifications
