Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
• Participating in the development and modification of resident care plans.
• Implementing nursing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician.
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the RN and healthcare team.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Supporting resident rights, dignity, and independence.
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
