Monarch Healthcare Management seeks compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our Float Pool across Minnesota communities. You will provide resident-centered care and support daily living activities while collaborating with licensed nurses and the care team.

You can choose full-time or on-call shifts, travel between facilities, and enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits eligibility as eligible staff.

Qualificações

• Must be willing to travel across Monarch communities in Minnesota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable and reliable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support mobility, safety, comfort and independence.
• Provide basic nursing and restorative care per individual service plans.
• Observe and report changes in tenant conditions to the nursing team.
• Support tenants with cognitive and social needs; engage families and teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans.
• Assist with medication administration after completing required training, as applicable.
• Deliver care in accordance with MDH standards and Tenant Bill of Rights.

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants (RAs)to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool Resident Assistant, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care to tenants in assisted living communities. Working under the supervision of a licensed nurse or Assisted Living Clinical Manager, you will assist tenants with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

You will play an important role as part of the interdisciplinary care team by supporting each tenant's physical, mental, and psychosocial needs while helping them maintain the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting tenants with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene

• Supporting tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence

• Providing basic nursing and restorative care services according to individual service plans

• Observing and reporting changes in tenant conditions to the nursing team

• Supporting tenants with cognitive impairments and addressing social and emotional needs

• Building positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members

• Maintaining accurate documentation as required

• Supporting individualized care plans and tenant preferences

• Assisting with medication administration after completing required training, as applicable

• Delivering care in accordance with MDH standards, the Tenant Bill of Rights, and community policies

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Personable, compassionate, and able to build trust with tenants, families, and coworkers

• Experience in healthcare preferred

• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
