Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool across Minnesota. This role offers the flexibility to pick up shifts at multiple Monarch communities, with full-time and on-call opportunities and competitive pay.

As a Float Pool RN you will provide leadership, perform assessments, develop care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer meds, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality resident care while

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities across Minnesota.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and establish baseline health status.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and facility policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Through comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation, you will develop individualized care plans that support each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive resident assessments and establishing baseline health status

• Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status
