Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool in Minnesota. Work at multiple Monarch communities and choose shifts that fit your life while delivering compassionate resident care.

As a Float Pool CNA you will support daily living activities, assist with mobility, and document changes under LPN/RN supervision. Full-time and on-call options available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Willingness to travel to Monarch communities throughout Minnesota.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing resident‑centered care.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation per MDH standards and policies.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation as requiredSupporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
