Job summary

Grand Lake Health System in Ohio is seeking a licensed RN to deliver patient care using the Nursing Process with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care and engage in patient education as part of the care plan.

Responsibilities include guiding nursing staff, coordinating with other units, and adapting to weekend and on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assume a lead role in patient teaching.
• Place the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May work other patient care units or shifts as needed.
