Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in medical practice or outpatient clinic preferred.
• Completion of BCLS Healthcare Provider Course.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in outpatient physician practices using the nursing process.
• Greet and escort patients and document in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and health team to implement orders.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate openly with patients, physicians and health team.
• Serve as liaison for patient with outside agencies and providers.
• Adhere to health system policies and infection control guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
