Job summary

Grand Lake Health System in Ohio is seeking a licensed professional nurse for casual, as-needed outpatient care roles. The position supports a 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

You will perform nursing assessments, document in the electronic medical record, collaborate with physicians, ensure patient privacy, and assist in implementing care plans within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• BCLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
• Experience in outpatient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients through the medical practice.
• Perform nursing assessments and document in the electronic medical record.
