Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients through the medical practice.
• Complete nursing assessments and document in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care and document actions.
• Evaluate patient responses to the care plan and teach back as needed.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality for patients.
• Communicate with patients, physicians and staff clearly.
