Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation. You will lead patient teaching and guide nursing ancillary staff, placing the patient at the center of care.

The role requires weekend availability and flexibility for holiday rotations, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in patient teaching and coordination encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Lead role in patient teaching and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• May work other units or shifts based on staff and patient needs.
