Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise care for patients in the nursing unit under the direction of nursing leadership. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary plans, and provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, including discharge planning and community resource access.

ACLS and BLS credentials are required; ACLS is required within 90 days of employment and for Charge Nurses.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or a compact licensure if state participates.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; ACLS required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plans, coordinates and provides patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
• Charge Nurse duties may be required.
