Job summary

PAM Health in Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the leadership of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing. The RN will coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and family education for post-hospital care while supporting community resources.

Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, ACLS within 90 days, and at least 1 year of inpatient Med-Surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; AHA approved.
• One year of inpatient med-surg nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise nursing care on the unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Possibly serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
