Job summary

PAM Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the unit using the nursing process. The role includes planning, coordinating, and providing care with an emphasis on interdisciplinary teamwork and patient education for post-hospitalization.

ACLS and BLS are required, with ACLS certification needed within 90 days for Charge Nurses. Inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred; flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization; assist Charge Nurse as needed.
