Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join a collaborative surgical team. You’ll work side-by-side with surgeons to provide exceptional perioperative care and support patients before, during, and after surgery.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold active RN licensure in Missouri, and have perioperative nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RNFA role and perioperative duties.
• CNOR and RN-First Assistant coursework within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Work side-by-side with surgeons to provide perioperative care.
• Coordinate patient care with surgical team across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
