Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the El Monte, CA area. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring regular local travel for in-person patient appointments.

The base pay ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 annually, with a productivity-based bonus program and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; CCM/CDMS/CRC etc certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards in practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and clinicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for clients as assigned.
