Job summary

Genex Service LLC seeks a Medical Field Case Manager in Oceanside, CA. The role requires in-person travel within the assigned geography and collaboration with physicians, employers, and clients to implement effective, cost-conscious treatment plans.

The position is full-time and hybrid, with comprehensive benefits and a base salary in the $95k–$98k range. Eligibility for a productivity-based bonus is included. RN licensure and CCMS/CDMS-like credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge and options.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Manage workload and prepare status updates for customers.
