Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational/non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Monitor and adjust case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and attend in-person appointments when needed.
