Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active license.

Responsibilities

• Promotes evidence-based nursing practices through protocols and procedures.
• Develops individualized plans of care with patient/family and care team.
• Delivers and adjusts care using the plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Documents patient progress and evaluates outcomes at intervals.
• Ensures patient safety and appropriate use of equipment.
• Educates patients on procedures and hospital experience.
