Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with IDFPR license.
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• College diploma in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's status through interview, observation and physical assessment.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient/family and health care team.
• Implement interventions in the plan to achieve outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update plan throughout the shift.
• Modify plan of care based on patient condition changes.
• Complete required documentation including patient chart and events.
