Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to provide and manage patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient/family input and monitor progress.
• Document patient progress and adjust the care plan as condition changes.
• Promote patient and staff safety through proper use of equipment and procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary rounds.
