Weekend coverage required every other weekend, subject to change based on need.The medication system used is Omnicell.The documentation system utilized is EPIC.A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Room field is required.First-time travelers will be reviewed based on skill and experience.Floating to other units may be required based on the organization's needs.Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, PALS, and a TN RN license.Preferred certification includes TNCC.Charge experience is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience.The patient ratio experience should be 4:1.Charting system experience with EPIC is required.Experience in community hospitals is preferred.Candidates must possess skills related to a variety of emergency medical conditions and situations.The unit serves a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Daily census is approximately 130 patients per day.The unit is equipped with 44 beds.Interdisciplinary support is available from various services, such as respiratory, radiology, and pharmacy.This position requires a commitment to maintaining competencies and adhering to safety protocols.
