Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN specialized in emergency services to join our ER team in California. You will work three 12-hour day shifts and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of ER experience, valid RN license for CA, and certifications including BLS/ACLS/PALS. Weekend coverage and trauma readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Charge experience preferred for ED leadership tasks.
• Community client experience required for diverse patient populations.
• Trauma Level II experience required for high-acuity ED cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and injured patients in a fast-paced ED.
• Manage arterial line care, drug administration, and sedation as per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and ED team to prioritize patient care.
• Explain treatment plans to patients and families to support understanding.

Description:This position requires a registered nurse specialized in emergency services.The candidate will work three consecutive 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30.Weekend coverage is expected every other weekend.The nurse should be capable of managing various patient conditions, including but not limited to:acute psychosis, abdominal pain, and respiratory infections.The role requires experience in high-acuity situations and strong critical thinking skills.Essential skills include arterial line management, drug overdose response, and procedural sedation.Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in managing emergencies in both adults and pediatrics.The ideal candidate will have a high comfort level with diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics.Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role.All applicants must be prepared to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment typical of emergency services.Compliance with all protocols and procedures is mandatory.
