Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for the ER, working three 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity emergency department. The role requires a minimum of two years in emergency nursing, an active RN license, and a strong set of certifications.
You will float as needed to support diverse patient needs and participate in interdepartmental collaboration. Responsibilities include arterial line and ventilator patient management, airway support, dysrhythmia handling, and IV initiation.

Description:Position is for night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts.Minimum holiday requests are allowed.Must work 2 out of 4 holidays.BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications are required.TNCC certification is preferred.Experience in advanced emergency care procedures is required.Experience with arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, and care of ventilated patients is essential.Must be skilled in starting and maintaining IVs.Familiarity with management of dysrhythmias and central line care is needed.Must be able to handle emergency situations including trauma and cerebrovascular accidents.The unit cares for a diverse patient demographic, from neonates to geriatrics.Daily patient census averages approximately 88 visits.A collaborative approach with interdisciplinary support from various specialties is followed.Candidates must pass a compliance EKG exam.Compliance with floating to different departments as needed.
