Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across patient populations and clinical settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per policies and evidence-based practices.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes timely.
