Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an Employee Health Area Manager to lead a group of Employee Health and Safety clinics. The role includes directing operations, coordinating staffing, and ensuring clinic compliance across a regional territory with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing credential (RN) with GA licensure and demonstrate leadership experience in occupational health or hospital settings, with preference for COHN-S and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Associate’s Degree with four years of experience in Hospital Acute Care, Occupational Health, Quality, or Public Health required.
• 5 years of experience in Occupational/Employee Health, Hospital Acute Care setting, Medical Practice, Public Health, or Quality required.
• 9 years of experience in Occupational/Employee Health, Hospital Acute Care setting, Medical Practice, Public Health, or Quality if an associate's degree is held required.
• 3 years leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year of Occupational Health experience preferred.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Georgia required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
• COHN-S - Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coordination, and administration of operations for a group of EHS clinics.
• Oversee regional operations, including scheduling, supplies, and clinic compliance, and manage personnel.
• Travel regionally to manage and support day-to-day operations of various clinics.

Licenses and Certifications
