Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Manager to lead clinical operations in our Home Health program in Athens, GA. This role partners with the Home Health Director to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care and smooth program operations.

The position requires GA RN licensure, extensive clinical experience, and progressive management experience, overseeing nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides to meet agency goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program required.
• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health.
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total), preferably in home health.
• GA RN license or NLC/eNCL Multistate License upon hire.
• Driver license valid in GA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. Ensure Associates provide service in accordance with laws, regulations, policies and standards. Cultivate relationships with the community and key influencers to support agency goals.

Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of a Nursing Program Required

Work Experience

• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health Required and
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total), preferably in home health, which could include back office operations of home health quality management, staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling and staff management, or supervision Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License Upon Hire Required and
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Georgia Driver's license Upon Hire Required
