Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will provide high‑quality patient care by floating between multiple areas across the nursing spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care by performing nursing assessments and making diagnoses.
• Provide plan‑based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Florida RN license and/or an approved multistate RN license; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS‑AHA provider‑issued card required within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
