Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in the Emergency Department Float at Pocono Creek. The RN provides professional nursing care, performs assessments, and plans, implements, and evaluates care for designated patients.

You will collaborate with physicians and the inter-disciplinary team to resolve patient needs, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and safety initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care for designated patients.
• Collaborates with physicians and the inter-disciplinary team to address patient needs.
• Delivers patient education and supports safe, high-quality care throughout treatment.
