Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• Basic computer skills.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania.
• Upon Hire RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for designated patients.
• Recognizes the need for and initiates collaboration with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs.
• Coordinates and provides patient and family education throughout treatment.
• Functions as a department team member to support unit and hospital goals.
• Participates in performance improvement and supports safety initiatives.
