Qualifications

• Active North Carolina or compact state RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals and align them with the organization's vision.
• Manage staff relations, scheduling, payroll, and development; oversee hiring and performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and vendor relations; justify needs for equipment and supplies.
