Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Physicians in Toledo, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Center team. You will coordinate patient care plans, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and staff to improve outcomes.

This full-time role features afternoon shifts from 11:00am to 11:00pm, a 36-hour weekly schedule, and a $12,500 sign-on bonus. Ohio RN licensure and CPR are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty‑four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coordinate a patient’s plan of care with sensitivity and respect.
• Interact with patients, families and health care team through open communication.
• Assess, diagnose, and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
