Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Physicians in Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Resource Pool. The RN delivers patient-centered care, assesses the plan of care, and coordinates care with the health team to improve outcomes for patients and communities served.

In this full-time, night-shift role (36 hours per week), you will collaborate with nurses and support staff to meet care goals. A tiered model supports scheduling flexibility and hospital-wide coverage within the ProMedica network.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Tier 3 Resource Pool RN must be available to work at all participating hospitals including Toledo Hospital, Flower Hospital, Bay Park Hospital, Fremont Memorial Hospital, Fostoria Community Hospital and Monroe Regional Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient's plan of care with open communication among patient, families and care team.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve patient and staff satisfaction.
