Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Physicians is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Flower Hospital Emergency Center. This full-time role involves coordinating a patient’s plan of care, collaborating with the care team, and delivering patient-centered care on day shifts.

You will assess, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care while supporting patients and families through the treatment journey. Ohio licensure and CPR are required, with ongoing CE hours.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• 24 contact hours of continuing education during licensure period (Ohio).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient’s plan of care with patients, families and the care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Provide patient‑centered care with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
