Job summary

ProMedica’s Emergency Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care. You will interact with patients and families, assess needs, and work with the care team to implement and evaluate care.

As a key member of our staff, you’ll collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve outcomes and satisfaction. Ohio licensure and ongoing CE are required.

Qualifications

• Active, current state license to practice as an RN.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Specialty unit certifications may be required by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with open communication among patient, families and care team.
• Assess patient needs, formulate nursing diagnoses, and plan/implement/evaluate care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve satisfaction.
