Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in a full-time role. You will coordinate a patient’s plan of care, interact with patients and families, and work with the health care team to continually improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a current Ohio RN license and CPR certification. A BSN is preferred. ProMedica offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and coordinate plan of care.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to meet patient care goals.
• Communicate openly with patients, families and the health care team.
