Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator for a full-time role scheduling Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p. The educator will lead clinical education, competency assessment, and infection control training to strengthen patient care across the facility.

Responsibilities include staff orientation, development of education programs, and collaboration with management to ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent RN education.
• Experience in clinical staff education and competency assessment.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and teaching methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessments and training for staff.
• Develop and deliver education on clinical skills and patient care.
• Participate in interview and selection of clinical staff.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing competency assessments.
• Oversee preceptor program and trainer development.
• Maintain documentation of education programs per regulations.
• Promote infection control and safety training.
