Job summary

Ashley Regional Medical Center in Vernal, UT, seeks an RN Educator to design and deliver education for nursing staff and students. The role entails coordinating certification courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS) and serving as a resource to clinical teams, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Qualified candidates hold an active Utah RN license, ADN/BSN (BSN required; MSN preferred), and educator certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Certifications: BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Provides educational offerings and materials based on identified staff needs and the Nursing Education Council.
• Serves as a knowledge base and resource to consult with and educate nursing and medical staff, students and ancillary staff.
• Coordinate, teach, and facilitate certification courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other courses as requested and trained/capable to teach).
