Job summary

Ashley Regional Medical Center in Vernal, UT, seeks an RN Educator to design and deliver education for nursing staff and students. The role entails coordinating certification courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS) and serving as a resource to clinical teams, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Qualified candidates hold an active Utah RN license, ADN/BSN (BSN required; MSN preferred), and educator certifications.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Instructor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor
    Required Skills

  • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

  • Experience: One-year previous experience preferred.

  • Licenses: Must have a current Utah state license or Compact License with Utah endorsement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN): Required; Master's Degree: Preferred
