Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to lead educational initiatives for the NSICU units. The educator designs, delivers, and evaluates nursing education programs, collaborates with unit managers, and ensures regulatory readiness.

Requirements include a BSN, Florida RN licensure with at least three years of related clinical experience, MSN or ANCC specialty certification preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Florida RN license with at least 3 years of related experience.
BSN required; MSN or ANCC Magnet certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs learning and delivers education/training.
Coordinates unit-oriented orientation and preceptor assessment.
Facilitates competency-based orientation tools and unit-level competencies.
Provides bedside re-education as needed and supports policy implementation.
Keeps regulatory readiness and collaborates with managers.
