Job summary

Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Nursing Clinical Educator for NSICU 1&2. The educator designs, plans, and manages education projects to align with organizational goals and evidence-based practice, and supports unit onboarding with preceptors and competency tools.

Responsibilities include delivering bedside education, evaluating outcomes, ensuring regulatory readiness, and serving as a liaison to faculty for unit-based training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN required.
• Florida RN license and at least 3 years related clinical experience.
• MSN or ANCC Magnet-certified specialty preferred.
• English literacy and proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Access/Project/Publisher desired.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and manages education projects for NSICU clinicians.
• Delivers bedside re-education and coordinates orientation/preceptor programs.
• Evaluates education outcomes and ensures regulatory readiness.
• Collaborates with unit managers and faculty to support organizational initiatives.
