Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN required.
• Florida RN license and at least three years of related work experience.
• MSN or Magnet specialty certification as approved for ANCC Magnet.
• English read/write/speak fluently; strong MS Office skills required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access/Projects/Publisher/FrontPage desired.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and manages education projects per policy and evidence-based practice.
• Facilitates unit orientation, preceptor development, and competency tools.
• Evaluates education outcomes and supports regulatory readiness.
• Delivers bedside re-education and liaises with faculty for unit-based training.
