Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN.
• Florida RN license and at least 3 years of related nursing experience.
• MSN or ANCC Magnet specialty certification.
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and manages education projects for clinical staff.
• Delivers education/training and assesses impact on performance.
• Coordinates unit orientation and preceptor activities.
• Provides bedside re-education and serves as liaison to faculty.
